need help sos asap

Question

I'm currently having difficulties moving my game to my new harddrive. I've done this twice already and this is the first time I'm having issues moving the folder over, so to start anytime I download the ea app it is moving into my applications folder on a Mac after that I do the normal process of installing the game which is fine until I try moving to the hard drive. any time I enter this

mv ~/Documents/Electronic\ Arts /Volumes/sims4drive/

I get an error code saying this

Electronic Arts: No such file or directory

but the symlink is working just fine I need help

To be clear, when you state "moving my game to my new harddrive" the assumption is you are referring to your game installation which is defined in the EA App. Your Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder is NOT "your game", it is the user data folder for the game.
