new MacBook, same account and same iCloud but everything is gone
Hello I've got a new MacBook now and I have downloaded the EA app on it and then logged into my account. The sims 4 is there but when I have entered the game none of my characters are there it's acting like a fresh game even though I still have all my mods downloaded on my new MacBook through icloud. Like how can my characters and households and buildings just disappear like that? please tell me how to get my it all back I spent so much time on it all.

iCloud is not your friend when it comes to the Sims 4 folder. You need to move your Sims 4 folder into the Electronic Arts folder in your local Documents folder.
