New R&L Expansion not loading in game.

I pre-ordered the new Royalty and Legacy pack around 8 this morning, updated my game about 30mins before the pack released. The pack isn't showing up in game. It's saying it's unavailable for purchase and that I don't own it. 

I checked the EA app, says I own it and that it's installed. I've closed both the game and EA app out completely, restarted my Mac and now I'm repairing the game. I'm also going to clear the EA app's cache afterward, to hopefully force the license to kind of regenerate and hopefully be recognized by the game. 

Anyone else having this problem on Mac?

    The same thing is happening to my game, did you ever figure out how to fix this?

    The same things happened to me. I play on Ps5. Is there a fix or should I dispute the charge?

  • I have the same issue - I've downloaded the pack, but it's not showing up when I actually load the game. If I remove all mods, it works

    Same issue. No mods installed. Ran repair. Nothing. Wondering if anyone has found a solution yet.

    and repair the game (again, if you have already).  In the EA App, the option is under Sims 4 > Manage; in Steam, it's called "verify integrity of game files" and is under Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files.

    If this doesn't help, please state where you bought the pack.  If it was directly from EA, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, and list the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
