New to Mac- mods won’t load

I have read through countless Q&A’s and nothing is working. I just got my first Mac and downloaded the Sims 4 through my origin account. I tried downloading mods and they WILL NOT show up in my game. I have tried to turn off my document backup to iCloud, there are no Command line arguments, Yes mods and cc are turned on in my game. The file loading is in the correct order. I’m really lost and don’t know what else to do. I even tried to delete the game and reinstall and it’s not showing up. Please help!

    @Seeair14 

    Please could you click on one of the pieces of CC in your Mods folder once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the file here.

    Yes, here is the file path! Macintosh HD/Users/sierramarie/Desktop/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

    Thanks. The Electronic Arts folder should be directly in your Documents folder. You currently have it on your Desktop 🙂
