Origin Error Message

I went in to Origin to play my Sims 4 game on my laptop about a week ago. Then 3 days ago, I went to login to Origin, and I got a message that said "Online login currently unavailable". I've been using Origin for my game for several years, but I've never seen this message until now. I tried quitting the Origin program and opening it again. Then, I restarted my computer. I also deleted the files located in the Download Cache folder. I've looked through other posts and it seems that this is a common problem. The other posts had solutions on them, but I wasn't able to do what they said. I have a MacBook Pro laptop with macOS Mojave version 10.14.6. I don't know what else I can do to fix this problem. Can someone please help me with this??
