I’m playing The Sims 4 on macOS and the game is completely unplayable.

Loading into households, traveling, accessing Manage Worlds, and saving never finishes. I have waited over 30 minutes multiple times with no progress.

The save screen also never completes, forcing me to force quit the game every time. I have already repaired the game and restarted my system, but the issue persists.

This happens every time and prevents any gameplay. I also have an open EA Help case for this issue.
