It's very possible something was deleted that shouldn't have been. Apps that apparently clean up your Mac are dreadful and can often remove files they shouldn't.

Hey thank you so much. Ran the Origin repair, and the gallery is still offline, and the opening screen is still white above expansion packs. it looks like i might have to completely reinstall the game.
