Origin keeps crashing on launch and freezes

Hi! I'm looking for help with my origin. Every time I try opening it after the most recent update it attempts to launch, crashes, and then freezes. It then stays unresponsive and can't even be force quit on my Mac! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing my caches, etc. but it still isn't functioning. Is anyone else having this problem? I think there may be an error in the Origin code for the most recent update. Hoping they release a new patched update soon!

    I had the same problem. i still didnt get it fixed i have two other computers with origin downloaded already. when i try to get the recent one, it crashes. i had no problem downloading it on my other computers. 😞  ill try to get this solved. when i do, ill tell you how to solve it.

    Have you tried the Origin reset tool I linked to in my previous post? You could also set up a new user account on your Mac and try loading Origin in that.
