origin not opening

Origin was closed during the process. Nothing happens before running it, it comes up with a menu that says "Origin Installation Troubleshooter" with directions. I read the directions and when I clicked run, when it opened Origin, it immediately closed like it always does. The installation closes with it a few seconds later. I did not get any message that says "Origin preferences and cache filed have been removed." I also didn't get any messages that prompted me for my password. I tried opening Origin after, it does the same thing. I didn't get any terms of use or EULA message. Something unrelated, I also took out the mods folder and it still did the same thing so its nothing with the mods. I tried to attach a video to my message but it wasn't working, sorry. Anyway, that's what happens when I try to run the installation program.

You've downloaded the diagnostic tool, not the reset tool. The Origin reset tool is the first section in this page - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
And to clarify, it is not an installation file, it is a tool which clears all cache, preference and related files to make Origin like new again.

Ohhh okay sorry, haha I'll try to run that and I'll let you know if it works.
So I've just ran the reset tool, Origin was closed during the process. After accepting the terms of use, it tried to open Origin but it immediately closed like always. I tried opening it again and it keeps doing the same thing.
