Origin won't install Sims 3 expansion/ stuff packs

On origin I've redeemed the game codes for my Sims 3 expansion/stuff packs, but when I try to download them it always fails. Please help Thank you P.S I'm using a Mac

We have been able to reproduce this issue internally, and we are investigating it further.
