Update July 2020 - this issue now appears to be fixed
Having Retina Display enabled seems to be causing this bug. Please check by going into the game options and unticking the Retina Display box:

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into first person mode
What happens when the bug occurs? The first person cursor moves to the top left corner of the screen.
What do you expect to see? The first person cursor in the center of the screen
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Every time I go into first person mode the cursor moves to the top left corner and the camera is tilted.This happens every time I try to go into that mode and its really frustrating because it makes the mode almost unusable.
