Question Marks on Sims and Faces

I recently redownloaded the Sims 4 with the EA App instead of the origin app. When I logged in the sims had red faces with question marks or black question marks on certain features. The scenery was all rainbow question marks. I repaired the game 2 times and then uninstalled and reinstalled it. The only time it got better was when I uninstalled Get to Work pack. 

I don't use mods or cc
