For me my Edge Smoothing was off and I thought "Hey, lets put it on high". So I did and it fixed it!

- My screen has been flickering for MONTHS, it's been driving me crazy cause I tried changing everything in the settings, removed all my CC, repaired my game. Nothing worked. I've had trouble finding anyone else who seemed to have the same problem. Now I tried this and everything is wonderful! Thank You!

I had the exact same problem! Switched it high and it worked like a charm thank you everyone.
I could kiss you on the mouth. I don't know why this worked per se but it did so thank you. The flickering was to the point that the game was unplayable and the edge scrolling thing took it away entirely.
