Are you playing using some 3rd party software? Where did you download the game from? Because this - drive_c - is not a normal folder in the game app.
Where is your game installed?
Do you have iCloud Drive enabled? - 6 years ago@Bluebellflora I think.. I'm not sure. I don't know where my game is installed and for iCloud I kept turning it on and of.

Yep. It's illegal. Probably shouldn't really be posting on the official game publisher's website asking for help with it....! - 6 years ago@Bluebellflora I have origin too with TS4 but I don't even have EA folder there.

You would if you downloaded and launched the game through Origin and completely uninstalled the pirated version.
