Re: Help - Sims 4

First of all, back up your entire Sims 4 folder on an external hard drive or USB thumb drive. This is to protect your saved games.

Next, move your entire Sims 4 folder to your Desktop and DO NOT DELETE IT! This is where your saved games, CC/Mods are stored.

Next, start up your Sims 4 remembering that none of your saved games, CC or Mods will be there. Create a new game and play for about an hour or so just to insure there are no other issues with your game. If you need to at this time, please also patch/update your game. If you have not done so, also turn off Automatic Updates.

Go back to the website you got MC command center from and make sure that it has been updated to the latest patch. The same goes for any other Mods/CC you may use on a regular basis. Please note that EA/Maxis does not support third party content and any additional support must be addressed to the creators.

Try adding it back in and seeing if your game works.

Remember any time a new patch is released or new content comes out for Sims 4, Mod and CC creators must update their content to work within the changes made to the game.
