My laptop is a Mac. The games worked on a pc but I don't have access to that computer anymore so that is why I downloaded the content to my computer.

I just recently re-downloaded my Sims 3 games and am continuing to have trouble ☹️ I will Launch the Sims 3 and start to make a family and then the game just logs/or kicks me out and I am back to my desktop screen. How can I fix this problem? Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm very disappointed.
@Sistateaa Really need some basic information to start analyzing this issue. Is you computer a pc or mac? Did the game ever work on that computer? If your computer is a pc please post the computer's dxdiag - link - how to post dxdiag
