Thank you! Now I have to figure out how to get to the Macintosh hd. You’re right my game is in my iCloud which it’s not supposed to be. Hopefully once I copy and paste it in the correct place it will work!
if you know how to find the correct folder please share! I’m going to Google how now!
Open a Finder window, click on Go > Go to Folder in the menu bar and enter
~/Documents
This will take you to your Documents folder 🙂

Thanks so much!
one last thing. To keep sims households and mods, all I need to do is copy the tray/saves/ and mode folder to a new computer ?

Yes but always make sure your Mods are fully compatible with the current patch level of the game. - 17150781f5c038342 years agoNew Traveler
My mods work but my saves and tray don’t. Idk what to do. I tried repairing the game.
Please open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type f -name "*Slot_*" 2>/dev/nullAfter a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here. You know when the search is finished because the command prompt reappears in Terminal.

Hey, nothing came up. no results.
Ok. Try this instead:
find / -type f -name "*Slot_*" 2>/dev/null
It will take longer, just leave it to search then copy/paste the results here.
