IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! I just paid for the 6tb on my icloud storage because i thought that was the reason. I was thinking maybe i didn’t have enough gb so i’ll just pay for more. It didn’t solve anything!!! my game still isn’t working and it won’t let me save my progress through the sims game. Im getting so angry and frustrated! please help me!

Hello, Thank you for replying. I don't have windows? im on an MacBook Air computer. I went to the apple menu and opened systems information app, and I clicked system report button. But from there I don't know what else to do or look at. Please help, thank you.
