Yes, I know what Origin is but I'm asking where your games are installed to, normally your user account Applications folder, and if you've trashed any files and folders in the Sims 4 Packs folder. Oh I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and no I don’t see the sims 4 in my application folder

Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find / -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
Whats terminal and where do i find it?

oops I did find it in my application folder
This pops up whenever i open sims 4

Thanks, everything looks fine with the installation.How much internal storage do you have left on your Mac? About This Mac > Storage tab.
Make sure Origin is closed then open the Sims 4 Packs folder (same location as the base game is installed) and trash the EP12 folder.
Next, download and run the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Then open Origin, click on the game in your games library, find the HS pack in the Expansions and click download. This will re-download the pack and hopefully fix it. This is how much space i have.
