Removing CC works but why wont it work if you have CC?

@Laurenyoung001,

You may have a faulty mod in your CC. CC is not made by Maxis and it can trigger issues with the game, that's why Maxis does not recommend using it.

You need to test your CC in small groups until you find your faulty mod/mods

CC is Custom Content, like hair, clothes, furniture... downloaded from the Internet and created by fans.

So how to get it work again, because it really sucks to not being able to play ... maybe someone can give a step by step Information, how to make it work.
And I did uninstall it before and also origin, now I'm curious to see how it's fixed

I just deleted all of my cc and it still won't launch ☹️
