Can you please check your iCloud Drive settings - https://bluebellflora.com/2017/02/06/sims-3-and-sims-4-not-loading-save-games/
Also please click on the Apple in top left menu bar then About This Mac then Storage. How much space is left on your Mac? I looked in the ICloud Drive, everything looked fine, I did like you wrote.
My MacBook is kinda new so all the space is not used. I have used 37,71 GB out of 121,12 GB
My sims still don’t save the games 😔

Thanks 🙂 Could you please do a search on your Mac for the saves folder? Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your desktop and search for saves. If you see results click on it to highlight it and then press the Command key, the file path to that location will pop up at the bottom of the result in the window. 🙂
Can you see here the photo? I found this file on the computer and I can’t open any of the files because it is blocked. I am not sure what you meant below but can you help me from here?
Your saves folder is right there, with the iCloud icon next to it. It looks like your Mac isn't currently syncing to iCloud properly, please go into System Preferences > iCloud and check.

Hi again
I tried and everything seems to be connected with each other, so I have no clue what the problem could be 😢Please could you click on that saves folder once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the folder here.
Can you see that I uploaded?

The Documents folder is in iCloud. Can you please follow the instructions in the link I gave you to store it directly in your User account locally on your Mac. Your game will not be able to load your saves until you do this because it does not look in iCloud. Okay, so you mean I should save my file of Eletronic Arts in iCloud (which you mean are the documents right)
- @Janemor03
No, I'm saying the opposite. Please follow the instructions to relocate your Documents folder locally on your Mac and NOT in iCloud.
