Re: ts4 folder gone
I wiped it completely and yes went to the factory settings. I figured out the problem though. I opened the game and the folder just appeared to the electronic arts, I don't know why it wasn't there before opening the game.

The folder is generated when you open the game for the first time. If you move the folder out to another location, or rename it, a new one will be generated again each time you launch the game 🙂
