Re: Vanilla game doesn't launch after 18 April Apple silicon patch

I recently reinstalled the game after having to reboot my Mac. When I click play from Origin nothing happens, when I try to open it by clicking the sims 4 icon nothing happens. I've repaired, I've un/reinstalled, I've updated. I have no mods because I don't even have a sims 4 folder because the game never opened. PLEASE help.

Please see the solution on page 1 and provide the info asked for by EA. It's a known issue.
