What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I play the Sims 4, whether it is opening a new game or playing with an existing save of mine, after two- three minutes of game play my screen freezes. I can hear the game continuing in the background but my screen is frozen and I can't do anything. this happens every time. Please describe the patch or change you made. I got a new computer. The game worked fine before, but after I reinstalled on my new computer this occured.
Hello,
So I used to have a 2012 MacBook Pro, before recently when I got the new 2020 MacBook Pro. Everything is up to date on it and I decide to reinstall the Sims 4 onto my new MacBook Pro since I don't have my old one anymore. Everything was fine until I tried to start my gameplay. Whether I am using old or a new save, my game decieds to freeze after only 2-3 minutes of gameplay. I can still hear my game in the background but my whole screen freezes. I have looked over several responses on the EA help page and tried them but none of them have worked. I have no idea what to do because I just want to play my game. I am also no the most tech savvy person so I have no idea how to resolve this on my own. I have all the packs installed and I have never installed an CC or mods before.
Thank You!
