[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

I save before anding game and when I want to play again later and open sims there are no saved game.. what do I do? I have never had this problem until recently after the last update. (I play on Mac)

Sounds like your Mac is pushing files to iCloud. Have a look here for help - https://bluebellflora.com/2017/02/06/sims-3-and-sims-4-not-loading-save-games/

my mods and cc have all disappeared. The electronic Arts file is save to my icloud drive but when i go to untick the desktop and documents file so that they dont save in the cloud drive, my electronic file is removed from my desktop and is it still in my cloud drive. what can i do please

  Follow the instructions and links in the opening post on page 1 to free up space and properly disable iCloud Drive or try the symlink alternative.

    I’ve followed everything on the first page but when I go to play none of my ccs/mods are showing and it starts a whole new game/file in documents
