Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. So what happens is each time I log off, even after saving my game, when I log back in the next time all of my progress is gone (as is family, house, etc.)
What happens when the bug occurs? I log back out and stop playing because it's sad.
What do you expect to see? I expect that my families and progress would show up since I save it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
