so I recently updated MacBook Air m1chip. and apparently the sims server and my Mac saved files data are all gone along with it. I spoke to apple and they told me they were un aware of this problem. and I spoke to a agent help from ea or origin and they're telling me repetitive resolutions. they have also admitted that if your system update you lose saved data on your system as well as they server. I've tried to the help and they told me to come to this platform . I'm asking for help to retrieve my game dt of the sims 4 server. personally as a gamer I have never had such an experience . I'm asking for the help of the sims community and ea sports and origin to help find a resolution
The Sims 4 is not an EA Sports title.

Sims 4 doesn’t support cloud saves in Origin.
Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
