Hi, I am able to save my game, but when I go back to Origin to play Sims 4, no data is saved.
I did it three times already and still, all my game data is lost. Everytime I play, I am brought to the create household screen. Please help. Thanks.
@janncvergara Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Do you use OneDrive or iCloud, respectively?
I'm running on MacOS. I subscribed to the Cloud service of Apple... I'm not sure if that was what's causing it.

By the way, I hope you're not paying Apple for extra storage. You probably don't need it, and even if you do, it's much cheaper in the long run to buy an external hard drive and store your excess data there.
