I opened the sims 4 game via Origin on February 13, 2022. The sims delivery express option popped up, so I downloaded it. When the game restarted, all my saves and gallery content were gone. I restarted the game again, but nothing changed. It’s as if I’ve never played before. The game file on my computer however still has all the saves.
I want to get my saves and gallery content back. I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game, and unfortunately, everything disappeared. I already tried to reach out to the EA team, and they do not have an answer or solution.

I've been playing The Sims 4 pretty much every night for the last few weeks and all my saves are fine and available. However, yesterday I noticed that my library is basically empty even though everything was fine last week. There's some Sims I've saved from a few moths ago but anything older than that is gone from it. They are in my saves and the ones I downloaded into the gallery rotate in my showcase but they are nowhere to be found in my library. I tried the fix on the first page and post but it didn't work. I have space on my laptop and in my iCloud storage and I haven't deleted anything (checked my bin).
So what now? 😞
