So I did all this with the icloud and documents and stuff...and still doesn't work. This problem started with the new update. It's like as if by updating the game all of my progress got deleted or something... It's as if I've never played the game even tho origin shows me all the hours I've played. I need help! I don't wanna start over after so many hours of building and all that stuff. The main menu just says: new game, play scenario, gallery and settings. Don't really understand what's going on... (and sorry for my bad english I'm from finland)
Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
