What happens when the bug occurs? it erase all my saved game accounts in the gameplay
What do you expect to see? the saving file don't stay saved when I log out of the game, and then come back

when I log in to the game Sims4, I must start a new game every time.. even when I saved the slot last time, it gets deleted when I log off, and then back in to the game
