What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t save my game when I am done playing I think it is save but when I log in and wants to play I have to start with a new family and can’t continue on the same.

Hey! I cant save my game. Everytime i am logging in I have to make a new family and can’t continue on the previous one, how can I fix it? I want to continue on the same family and not make a new one each time I want to play and can’t continue.
