[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Hi! I have been having this issue after I bought the cottage living expansion pack. I will create a new world and new people using the cottage living pack and then I save the game. But the next time I go to play sims it has disappeared. I have checked all of the files on my computer for the missing saved games and have done all of the troubleshooting steps that I could find online. Please help I just want to play with my cottage living pack!!!!!!
