I was recently switched from origin to EA with no warning. Now after having had issues with the app in even opening the sims, I come to find ALL my families and build have been deleted?????
I spent hours on some of them and now they're just gone..
I didn't save any of it on my device either

The EA App and Origin would both reference these same files, so if they've been deleted that's why the EA app can't find them. Do you keep any backups of your computer?
I wished to save it all to my personal files before it was transferred to the EA app but sadly with the lack of warning I don't have any saves anywhere :/
guess it now just means I have to restart it all
@iQuinxyZz Does your computer run Windows or macOS? It sounds like you have a Mac since you were only just migrated to the EA App, but please let me know either way.

@iQuinxyZz I've merged your posts with the master thread for disappearing content in macOS. Please see the first post on page one for suggestions. Your content may not actually be gone, just hidden from the game.
