[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Hi,

I was recently switched from origin to EA with no warning. Now after having had issues with the app in even opening the sims, I come to find ALL my families and build have been deleted?????

I spent hours on some of them and now they're just gone..

I didn't save any of it on my device either

@iQuinxyZz"I didn't save any of it on my device either" - Unfortunately, all your saves and the contents of your library are only saved locally, in Documents->Electronic Arts->The Sims 4

The EA App and Origin would both reference these same files, so if they've been deleted that's why the EA app can't find them. Do you keep any backups of your computer?

    I wished to save it all to my personal files before it was transferred to the EA app but sadly with the lack of warning I don't have any saves anywhere :/

    guess it now just means I have to restart it all
