Hello!
I'm not sure if its my mac or not. But I recently updated my sims 4 and it wiped out my saved files or moved the locations of it. I tried putting the saves folder onto my desktop but it didn't work. It basically resetted to the default to where I just have to completely start over and create a new game. But before I do that, I just wanted to see if there was a way for me to have it reset back to my old game. I have the files and everything but it keeps only giving me the option to start a new game.

Ok. Let's of a full search for all your saves. Please open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find / -type f -name "*Slot_*" 2>/dev/nullAfter a little while it will return the results of the search. You'll know when it's finished searching because the command prompt will reappear. Please copy and paste the results in a post here..
