I need help!!

My Electronic Arts folder was in my iCloud, I wanted to move the folder to just on my Macbook. After I did this, I opened the Sims again and then ALL my save files and mods were not in the game. The save files and mods are still in their folders in the Electronic Arts folder but I can not see them in the game. Can someone please help me to restore my game? I work on Macbook.

  Your Electronic Arts folder is on the desktop and you have run out of space in iCloud. It needs to be in your local Documents folder which means disabling iCloud Drive syncing your Documents folder. Please read the opening post for further explanation.
