From your limited screenshots it looks like all your saves are in an iCloud Drive archive folder and on the Desktop. The game will only load saves from Macintosh HD > Users > [User] > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Saves.
If you need further help you really need to provide the information requested, in full. Please understand that when you're asking for help it's really important to provide ALL the information asked for, not just what you think someone may need. Copying and pasting the results showing the full file path is essential. Your screenshots cut off the full file path so please, run the command again and this time copy and paste the results here from the Terminal window. I don't need to know what your user name is but I need to see all results after your user name.
It only lets me upload 3 at a time

If you want to learn how to take proper screenshots, Apple has a guide here that will help you - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102646
Copying and pasting is when you select text from one location, copy it, and paste it into a new location. Here's another Apple help guide for that https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102553
This is the only save that will load because it is the only save file in the correct location with the correct file name:
All files with numbers after the .save extension are multiple copies of a file with the same name. If there is .verX as a file extension then the file is a backup and also will not load.
Your problem fundamentally is iCloud. Merging into the master iCloud thread, see the opening post on page 1 for further explanation.
