I just did the latest game update. Now I went to open my sims game and my saved game is gone! Also in the bottom corner by the version number it says SDK:UNKNOWN.
I have already:
Cleared the app cache
repaired the game
uninstalled both the EA app and The Sims 4 and reinstalled
Removed Mods
Created a new user profile on my MAC
Did a computer software update.
Contacted Ea 3 times.
I need help! I can see my last saved game file in my saves folder! Why won't it load!! Thanks!!
Currently have this as well. My Mods and Saves won't load either. Did yours disappear?
I had to go through my mods one at a time and reinstall some mods!!
