I just did the latest game update. Now I went to open my sims game and my saved game is gone! Also in the bottom corner by the version number it says SDK:UNKNOWN.
I have already:
Cleared the app cache
repaired the game
uninstalled both the EA app and The Sims 4 and reinstalled
Removed Mods
Created a new user profile on my MAC
Did a computer software update.
Contacted Ea 3 times.
I need help! I can see my last saved game file in my saves folder! Why won't it load!! Thanks!!
the same thing happened to me with "SDK:UNKNOWN." I'm on macbook and was able to find my saves in my trash-- even though I don't know how I could have accidentally deleted them. My mods were gone and I had to reinstall them. But now only build mode and CAS items cc work. No interactive cc or sim customizing cc (height slider, hip slider, etc.) work. I keep clearing cache and repairing but idk how to fix it :(
