Hi, I get the unrecognised video card on my game but we haven't changed anything on the computer so don't know why. It seemed to happen shortly after the update but not straight away but then when i click OK it starts a new game. I have seen on other forums to look in the config.log file, about 30 lines down, and check if it says [Found: 1, Supported: 1] but, as you can see, it says [Found: 0, Supported: 1].
Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1]
Vendor: ATI
Chipset: Vendor: 1002, Device: 15e7, Board: 8be9103c, Chipset: 00c5
Driver: aticfx64.dll, Version: 31.0.21914.8004, GUID: D7B71EE2-56A7-11CF-
Can anyone help please?

I would guess that after the update your Mac has moved files to iCloud which the game can't find resulting in a new Sims 4 folder or part of the contents. See the opening post in this thread I've moved your post to for further information. You can ignore the video card error, it has absolutely no bearing on game performance whatsoever.
