[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

I did the update today 8.19, and it messed up everything. All of my save of seven years are gone. I don't even know where to begin to try and find any of my old files or bring anything back. I don't know what to do to even fix anything. Nothing is even saved in my library. 

This broke me and my game. : (
