Real life computer stolen

Hi there, my old laptop got stolen a few months ago and I just downloaded the sims 4 on my new laptop. Is there anyway I can get all of my old content back somehow?

    Content as in your game saves and other user data? If that is what you mean then yes, if you have a backup of your old Mac simply copy the saves from the Sims 4 folder into the new Electronic Arts > Sims 4 folder.
