Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I uninstalled Sims4 and Origin about one or two years ago, due to lack of space and I needed to download an upgrade.
Then, I decided to play again in July 2023, and it downloaded fine, but now I cannot find my saved game file. It had over 500 hours on it.
I went to the Electronic File folder, clicked on Saves, and there was nothing there.
There was also nothing Sims4-related on my iCloud Storage.
Therefore, I hope someone can help me with this matter. Thanks in advance.
