Sims 4- Play button greyed out
My sims 4 game automatically updated when i logged on and now the play button is greyed out and i can't play. i read other suggestions and they all say to clear out the cache, but can't figure out how to do that on my mac. I really don't want to have to uninstall the game and lose all of my data. please help!
Can you move out your Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts onto your desktop and try loading the game again?
