Sims 4 folder missing upon download

I just tried downloading the EA app and my game fresh onto an external drive using a new laptop that has never had the Sims on it. Using the EA app, I've set the location for my game to download into...

It isn't showing up in my local documents folder either.

Have you launched the game? The TS4 folder is created when you launch the game.
