I've tested the save. It froze for me too at the loading screen after I pressed play for that household. I tested in a new vanilla Sims 4 folder.

Could you change your avatar from a custom one to a generic EA one and then try to load the save?Edit - Avatar in Origin, not here 🙂

Still crashing?
I managed to load the lot in build mode, not live mode. I think there's an issue with the family, the lot is fine.
- tokyoes4 years agoSeasoned Traveler@Bluebellflora Yeah, I still can't play households in the save file. It must be corrupted because I don't have this issue with my other save files (hopefully). Is there a way to "un-corrupt"/ fix the save file?

Fixed it in my game - move the family out and into another lot (I moved them into a lot in Mt. Komorebi) then load that lot. Whilst on the lot move them back into the lot in Brindleton Bay using the Move option on the phone:
