    @tokyoes 

    Fixed it in my game - move the family out and into another lot (I moved them into a lot in Mt. Komorebi) then load that lot. Whilst on the lot move them back into the lot in Brindleton Bay using the Move option on the phone:

Could you change your avatar from a custom one to a generic EA one and then try to load the save?

Edit - Avatar in Origin, not here 🙂

    Still crashing?

    I managed to load the lot in build mode, not live mode. I think there's an issue with the family, the lot is fine.

      @Bluebellflora Yeah same, I can play build mode but not live mode. I'll try again clicking on another household that I haven't played.
