Sims 4 Mac - Cursor Scrolling in Multiple Directions

Whenever I toggle camera mode its the most apparent, but this is happening in game as well as in CAS in less obvious ways and its annoying me so much. I'll enable camera mode and move my cursor down, but it will also try to move my camera up and a little to the right which makes it impossible to use. I drag my mouse down and my camera might go down a little bit, and then up a bunch. It happenes everytime, I dont know how to fix it. It happens in camera mode, whenever i select/drag something, especially in CAS. To be clear, the movement is only occuring when I move my mouse.

I'm using a macbook pro, I have a USB mouse and a the macbooks trackpad connected. Both use the same kind of scroll, (down = down, up = up) and both are having the same issue even if I disconnect the USB mouse. I have this issue whether im in fullscreen or windowed mode.

I have tried repairing my game and I did disable "Origin In Game". I currently have mods disabled.

Yes, I tried a lot of things, up until the point of just reinstalling the entire game without adding my personal game files back and still its acting weird. Tried changing every setting and nothing worked. I am on a macbook pro 2020 16-Inch running macOS Sonoma 14.1.2 (Latest Version). I tried on my old laptop which doesn't work well with the same mice I tried on this and there were no problems. I think it is just an issue with my computer/sims that I cant quite pinpoint. I managed to get over it and I'll be purchasing a new windows computer soon so hopefully I wont have this issue.

Which exact model Mac do you have and which version of macOS are you running?

Move or rename the Sims 4 folder then load the game so it is like new. Does it still happen?
