OMG I have also played for exactly 4 hours and I'm having the same exact problem!

Please can you be more specific. Where do you get to in the loading process? Have you added any content or updated anything since last being able to play?This is what’s happening to mine! Any suggestions? I’ve tried all the trouble shooting.
